Kusum Kangaru Peak ( 6369m. )
Kusum Kanguru climbing is considered one of the most diffiuclt climbing among the trekking peaks in Nepal. Kusum Kangaru, an impressive peak of rock and ice lies on Everest region and possess a great challenge to the mountaineers. Among the three summits, the north face of the main summit is the most impressive. For the south – east face route, the approach is made from Hinku Valley side and for the north face route we follow the trekking trail of Everest base camp up to Manjo and move ahead towards the east - south for two days to reach the base camp. The climbing on Kusuk kangaru is technically difficult to all possible routes and requires very good skills and experience of climbing on rock and ice.
